Swedish Massages are gliding, kneading strokes of my hands and fingers towards the heart. These massage techniques are rhythmic and continuous to provide a soothing feel.

Deep Tissue Massages are stronger strokes, using more of my forearms and knuckles. These techniques are used to unwind tight muscle fibers.

Reflexology are normally done on the feet but can also be performed on the hands and ears. Thumbs pressure techniques are used on specific areas of the feet that correspond to different body systems in order to balance the body.
To stimulate circulation and promote relaxation, which is beneficial to ones body. This decreases muscle toxins, increase oxygen levels in the blood and improves flexibility.
